Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number, the subject you pick, and your message. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you — there are no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking scripts.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns entering into a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence under Article 6(1)(f). Providing the details is not a legal requirement, but we cannot reply without them.

Your submission is delivered by Resend, an email service operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. in the United States, and arrives in a mailbox we hold with Google Workspace. The site is hosted by Netlify, whose servers record the usual request data, including your IP address, in order to serve the pages and defend against abuse.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them to market to you.

Resend and Netlify are United States providers, so your details are transferred there. Both are engaged under data processing agreements incorporating the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

An enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, and thereafter for as long as the trading relationship it concerns is live. Once neither applies we delete it, unless commercial or tax law requires the correspondence to be retained — where it does, we keep it for that period and use it for nothing else.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, for corrections, for deletion, for processing to be restricted, and for your details in a portable form. Where we rely on legitimate interest you can object at any time. Email info@optimetrade.com and we will action it.

You can also complain to a data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
