All divisions
Built, shipped, supported

Systems that still work on the Monday after we leave.

Consulting Services

Most IT problems are not technology problems — a process nobody wrote down, two systems never introduced to each other, a spreadsheet holding up a department. Usually fixable with less software than people expect.

This division exists because we build and run the systems behind our own trading operation, and clients kept asking who did it. We now sell that work directly, to anyone.

Dense blue and green network cabling running down the back of a server rack.
What we source
Specialist capacity where a brief needs it — security testers, data engineers, platform specialists.
Who we supply
Businesses that need something built, joined up or kept running — a first internal tool, or an estate that has outgrown whoever set it up.

What we handle.

Sold directly, scoped and priced per engagement.

Who we are

  • We run what we build, so an estimate comes from having done it rather than from a template.
  • We will say the thing you asked for is not the thing you need, before quoting for it.
  • An engineer’s answer, including when it is that you do not need us yet.

What sets us apart

  • You own the code, the accounts and the documentation from day one. Nothing is locked to us.
  • Trade and logistics needs no explaining — grades, Incoterms and release notes are already our vocabulary.

Looking ahead

  • Published prices for small, well-understood work, so starting needs no quote.
  • Reusable components for the trade and logistics workflows we are asked for most.
  • Client teams trained to run what we build, and the shorter engagements that follow.

How an engagement runs.

Three steps, from a two-week integration to a system we run for years.

  1. 01

    What the problem actually is

We start from the outcome, not the technology, and say when a smaller change would get you there.

  2. 02

    Scope, price and plan

The work is broken into pieces and priced, so you can see what you are taking on.

  3. 03

    Built, handed over and supported

We ship it, hand over the code and the accounts, and support it for as long as you want.

A partner before the build, not after it

For companies starting something, we are the check while changing direction is still cheap.

For companies running something that creaks, we find what is actually broken, not what is easiest to replace.
